摘要
本文提出一种基于"理想速度曲线"测试插座类产品耐久性的方法。测试中采用"速度开环控制"和"位置闭环控制"的双模控制技术,"位置闭环控制"针对步进电机刚性传动副对测试位移的苛刻要求,提升了耐久性测试的精度和一致性;"速度开环控制"排除了测试过程的加速度突变,有助于耐久性测试的效率和可靠性。所述方法的有效性已经得到实验测试的验证。
This paper proposes a method to test the socket product durability based on an 'ideal speed curve'.Tests use 'speed open-loop control' and 'position closed loop control of dual mode control technology,' 'Position closed loop control' for stepping motor rigid vice displacement of the strict requirements of the test drive,increase the durability test accuracy and consistency; 'Open loop speed control' excludes the acceleration mutation testing process,helping to durability test efficiency and reliability.The effectiveness of the method described has validated by experimental test.
