电子阳极与镁棒对热水器水箱阴极保护对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过电子阳极与镁阳极棒对储水式水箱内胆阴极保护理论分析与实验测试对比研究,从多方位包括水质PH值、不同水温条件、不同电导率等状态分析,对比电子阳极与镁棒阴极保护在热水器水箱上实施阴极保护的差异,分析总结出采用电子阳极技术对储水式水箱内胆腐蚀保护效果与镁棒效果一致,并且电子阳极适应范围更广,不消耗有色金属,更节能环保;不需要更换维护,使用寿命更长,经济性更高。 Through analysing the cathode protection theory of electronic anode and sacrificial anode to the inner of water tank, and researching on the test, comparing the different cathodic protectionin on water heater tank between electronic anode and sacrificial anode from multiple directions including water PH value, different temperature conditions and conductance rate, which reduces that the cathode protection effect to the inner of water tank for using electronic anode technology as same as sacrificial anode. The electronic anode than magnesium anode has more broad range of applications, and do not consume nonferrous metals, that is more energy-saving and environment protecting; It does not need to be replaced and maintained, that has longer service life and is more economical.
