摘要
文中对空调在流通运输过程中的部件变形和损坏进行了原因分析;并进行了有效的外机随机振动的CAE分析和评估,确定了外机顶盖的结构优化方案;结合随机振动和践踏的振动性能要求,分析了顶盖的刚度贡献分布,同时对顶盖进行了形貌优化,大大提高了顶盖刚度性能。
In this thesis, the reasons why air conditioner deformation and damage occur during flow and transport are analyzed. The effective CAE analysis and assessment of random vibration for outdoor unit of air conditioner are carried out, and the structural optimization scheme for the cover of the outdoor unit is determined. Base on the performance requirements of random vibration and trampling test, the stiffness contribution of the cover is analyzed, while the cover is optimized by the method of pattern optimization, and the stiffness property of the cover is greatly improved.
