烤箱风箱用硅胶代替传统的高温玻璃棉来密封,成本低、装配方便、环保、无下脚料产生、对人体无伤害,能达到与高温玻璃棉相同的密封效果,经过寿命测试完全能取代高温玻璃棉。

This paper propose a new approach using the silica gel to seal the toaster bellows. Compared with the traditional seal material(e.g., high temperature glass wool), this approach reduces the cost, is convenient to assemble, does not have the tailings, and has the same sealing effect as the high temperature glass wool. According to the life testing, silica gel can substitute the high temperature glass wool to seal the toaster bellows.
