摘要
微波泄漏量是衡量微波炉安全特性的一个非常重要的技术指标,它影响到使用者的人身安全,国家规定微波炉整机泄漏量应低于1.0mw/cm2以下。微波炉产品设计时,如何减少微波的泄漏,确保微波零泄漏或者微量泄漏成为一大难题。而影响微波泄漏的因素很多,本论文主要就门体及腔体匹配对微波泄漏的影响进行阐述,进而对如何设计减少微波泄漏量进行研究。
Microwave leakage is the critical technical data to evaluate the safety of microwave oven, which should be lower than 1.0 mw/cm2 in order to protect our lives. So how to reduce the microwave leakage is a big problem in the development of microwave oven. There are many factors that would have influence on the leakage. In our study, the metal door and cavity matching has been concerned to meet the requirement of lower leakage.
