摘要
铝代铜是目前研究的一个趋势,本文探讨了铸造铝合金YZ108应用于燃气热水器中在不同水质中长时间浸泡的腐蚀现象。实验结果表明:自来水以及酸性和碱性环境中都会发生较为严重的腐蚀,其腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀为主,在自来水中浸泡会发生浅坑型点蚀。作为热交换器用材料,铸铝点蚀穿孔的倾向并不高。
Aluminum is a potential replacer of copper in many fields. Corrosion phenomenon of cast aluminum alloy YZ108 in different water for gas water heater was investigated in this paper. Cast aluminum alloy mainly occur uniform corrosion in drinking water, acid water and alkaline water. Shallow hollows pitting corrosion also occurred in drinking water. Cast aluminum alloy do not tend to rupture as material for heat transformer in gas water heater.
