摘要
针对一款滚筒式烘干机,应用STAR-CCM+软件,采用SIMPLE算法与Realizable湍流模型相结合的方法,对滚筒式烘干机循环管路系统内部流场进行了三维数值模拟。在3种进口气流相对湿度工况下,得到了管路系统内部的速度、压力和温度分布,以及管路系统的出口温度。在给定的3种进口气流相对湿度工况下,对管路系统出口温度的数值模拟结果与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。
The STAR-CCM+ commercial code, the SIMPLE algorithm and Realizable k-ε turbulence model were applied to the three dimensional numerical simulation of the pipe system for a drum dryer. The velocity, pressure and temperature distributions in the flow field of the pipe system, as well as the values of temperature at the exit were obtained for three conditions with different relative humidity of air at the inlet. The values of temperature at the exit of the pipe system obtained, respectively, through numerical simulation method and theoretical calculation method are compared and analyzed for the three inlet conditions.
