Effect of washing time on stains

本文显示了不同洗净比下炭黑污染布表面污渍的附着情况,讨论了洗涤时间对炭黑污染布表面污渍附着的影响,研究了洗涤过程中洗涤水中污渍数量和尺寸变化情况。结果表明,随着洗涤时间的增加洗涤水中污渍颗粒逐步增多,且污渍尺寸由大变小;而随着洗涤时间的继续增加,污渍会团聚。本文条件下的最佳洗涤时间为50min,此时洗涤水中污渍的尺寸分布最为均一。过短的洗涤时间下大块污渍剥落下来时不能被很好的弥散在洗涤水中,过长的洗涤时间下弥散在水中的污渍易团聚并再沉积。

In this paper, we showed stains attachment on the surface of the carbon black soiled strip at the different rate of washing ability, and discussed the effect of washing time on carbon black soiled strip, and researched the changes in the number and size of stains in the process of washing. The results showed that, with the increasing of washing time, the numbers of stains increased gradually,and the size became larger. While with the further increasing of washing time, stains reunited. In this paper, the best washing time was 50 min, in which the size distribution of stains was more uniform, and stains could not be dispersed well in the water at short washing time, and might reunite and redeposit at long washing time.
