摘要
本文通过随机振动和模态实验,对风机系统安装结构进行了损坏评估和原因分析;针对分析原因,进行了风机结构随机振动的CAE分析、评估和优化,确定了风机系统安装结构的优化方案;结合CAE分析和随机振动实验,进行了其结构分析和验证,实验表明优化结构大大提高了风机系统刚度性能,避免了道路运输中的产品损坏。
In this thesis, random vibration test and modal test of fan-motor system are carried out, the damage of fanmotor system is observed and how to be destroyed is analyzed. According to the reason for fan-motor system damage, with the method of CAE, random vibration analysis is done and the optimized fan-motor system structure scheme is determined. Based on random vibration theory and modal adjustment, the fan-motor system structure is optimized and verified by CAE, modal test and random vibration test.
