本文通过对中央空调研发现状的分析,结合项目干系人技术,通过理论及实例,合理识别、分类、管理中央空调研发项目干系人,为中央空调产品日益提高研发速率提供帮助。

This thesis is based on the analysis of research and development status of CAC, incorporating project stakeholders management technology, by dedicatedly studying theories and examples, we can rationally identify, classify and manage the project stakeholders of CAC, eventually improve the speed of research and development of our CAC products.
