基于NX环境下洗衣机内筒的应力状态分析

摘要 采用UG NX对洗衣机内筒进行三维建模,利用NX软件的高级仿真模块对洗衣机在高速脱水工况过程进行分析模拟,获得包括位移、应力、应变等分布的准确信息。直观地预测出产品在脱水过程中最大的位移变化及可能产生的应力集中现象。利用该软件可以节约大量的人力物力,减少资源的浪费,降低产品成本,缩短产品的开发周期,快速响应市场需求,提高企业的创新能力和竞争力。 Adopting UG NX to conduct 3D modeling for the inner barrell of washing machine, using NX Nastran(Advanced Simulation) module proceed simulation analyzing, including the process of high speed water-extraction.to achieve the accurate information of deformation, stress, and strain and directly forecast the defects in the process of high speed water-extraction possibly. Combing the practical engineering experience, improve and optimize the structure parameter. By using this software can save a good deal of manpower and material resources, reduce the waste of resource, lower the cost of production, shorten the development period of production, quickly response the demands of market, improve the innovation ability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
