摘要
基于MATLAB提出了深沟球轴承优化设计方法。以摩擦力矩最小作为优化设计的目标函数,利用MATLAB优化工具箱算法对深沟球轴承进行优化设计,得到最优设计结果。计算实例表明,与轴承的设计参数相比,优化后,轴承的摩擦力矩减小了25%,降低了摩损和发热量。从而说明了利用MATLAB优化设计方法是一种有效的优化设计方法。
We proposed optimization method of deep groove ball bearings based on MATLAB, made the minimum of friction torque to be objective function of design optimization, optimized the deep groove ball bearings with MATLAB optimization toolbox algorithm, and got the optimal design results. The results show that, the friction torque of the bearing is reduced by 25%, the wear and heat is reduced compared with designed parameters after optimization. It tells us that, MATLAB optimization method is a effective one.
