摘要
本文介绍了一种机械控制冷冻冷藏可转换的电冰箱,此类电冰箱通过安装在冷藏室内的机械开关,可实现变温室的冷冻冷藏转换,具有节约电能和增大冰箱冷冻冷藏容积的双重功效。详细叙述了该冰箱制冷循环、变温室蒸发器粘贴及冷冻冷藏转换的实现,并通过试验检测了其耗电量和在两种不同制冷模式下的制冷性能,以及实际制冷性能。
A mechanical controlled refrigerator featured by refrigerator and freezer switching function is presented in this paper.It’s characterized by one mechanical switch installed in the fresh cabinet,by which the temperature in the chiller can be changed into fresh or freezer temperature zone.This function enables system energy saving and the flexibility of internal volume increase on refrigerator and freezer compartment.More detail,the system cooling circuit,chiller evaporator paste processing and refrigerator-freezer function switching principle were introduced as well.Through experiments,the system energy consumption and cooling performance under the said two functioning modes were analyzed separately,what’s more the actual cooling performance with refrigerator freezer switching was also tested.
