基于Pro/E的滚动转子式压缩机运动仿真

Motion simulation of rotary compressor base on Pro/E

目前滚动转子式压缩机广泛应用于家用空调器中,压缩机是空调系统的"心脏",在滚动转子式压缩机的设计与开发过程中,滑片行程随时间变化的函数规律是设计人员关注的焦点,而常规的设计方法无法动态地分析这个问题。本文运用Pro/E软件建立滚动转子式压缩机的运动仿真机构,不但可以直观快捷的了解结构设计的合理性,还可以生成滑片的位移、速度和加速度曲线。

The rotary compressor is widely used in household air conditioner.Compressor is the heart of air conditioning system,and pump body is the heart of compressor.In the development and design of rotary compressor,function rule of the vane traveling distance along with the time variation are often the points which the designers pay attention.The conventional design method is unable to solve the above problems.This paper aims at setting up simulation mechanism of rotary compressor which established by Pro/E.It not only solved the above problem visually and quickly,but also build the characteristic curve.
