新型炭黑污染布制作工艺初探

Preliminary study on new carbon black soiled strip production process

洗衣机测试用标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺已经用了近30年,其生产工艺严重落后于市场化生产的步伐,亟需推出新的生产方法。文章从对新的炭黑污染液的配方研究和对染布设备的调研两方面着手,对生产工艺进行了探讨。通过实验调研,得到了符合标准的水性溶剂炭黑污染液配方和适合标准污染布连续生产的机械设备。

The production process of standard carbon black soiled strip used for washing machine test has been in use for nearly 30 years, seriously lagging behind market-oriented production. Therefore it is in urgent need to develop and promote a new production method. This article discusses the production process from the following two aspects: developing new formula of carbon black soiled aqueous solution and investigating dyeing equipment. According to the experiments and researches, the new formula of carbon black soiled aqueous solution and the mechanical equipments suitable for continuous production of standard carbon black soiled strip are obtained.
