焊接面平面度对热镀锌钢板凸点焊质量影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要研究了焊接面平面度对热镀锌钢板凸点焊焊接的质量影响,结果表明在焊接电压270V、气缸压力0.28MPa条件下,1.2mm料厚和1.0mm料厚热镀锌钢板样板平面度对焊接质量无明显影响;底盘的焊接面平面度对焊接质量影响巨大,焊接面平面度在0.5mm以上的存在虚焊现象,焊接面平面度在0.5mm(含)以下的焊接质量可靠。 This paper studies the impact of welding interface flatness on the quality of the convex welding of galvanized steel sheet. The results show that in the conditions of welding voltage 270 V and cylinder pressure 0.28 MPa, the impact of flatness of welding interface of 1.2mm with 1.0mm material thickness galvanized steel sheet on the quality is negligible; the impact of welding interface flatness of chassis with footings on the quality is very huge, because rosin joint appeared when welding surface flatness is more than 0.5mm, but welding quality is reliable when flatness is less than 0.5mm included.
