摘要
在家用电器行业竞争日益增大的情况下,产品研发的进度与成本是否能得到有效控制,成了决定企业能否成功的关键因素。本文通过对家用电器产品研发现状进行分析,将挣值管理的方法引入到产品研发项目管理中,提供了一种有效的集成控制进度与成本的方法,及时发现过程中的偏差,并采取有效措施进行控制。
