摘要 本论文开发设计了家用全自动蔬菜种植机(专利号:201320561823.2、专利号:201420030982.4),包括栽培结构系统、营养液循环系统、LED光照系统、智能控制系统等,其中重点描述了营养液控制系统的设计与性能分析。经过长达一年的种植应用试验,该机器可以种植出二十多种不同种类的绿叶蔬菜,真正满足了都市家庭在室内种植健康蔬菜的需求。 The research objective of this paper is automatic vegetable planting appliance. This paper describes the machine's working principle and main structure. The automatic vegetable planting appliance is a system intergration equipment combined with the following four technologies: intelligence appliance technology; soilless culture; LED; ecological environment control technology,among these structures this article emphasizes the design of nutrient solution loop system. We have filed two invention model patent applications. The patent application numbers are 201320561823.2/201420030982.4. After one year's experiment we have planted over twenty categories of vegetables. The creative outputs of the appliance are vegetables which can meet the needs of cultivating vegetables indoors in the urban dwellings.
