摘要
本文主要论述了二氧化钛光催化降解冰箱异味的技术,通过正交试验研究了冰箱除异味技术方案,在考虑效果及成本等综合因素后,合理有效的低成本方案是选用LED紫外灯波长为365nm、Ag掺杂量为1.0%、触媒负载量为30%,此方案下三甲胺去除率为99.25%,乙硫醇的去除率为98.71%。
This article mainly discusses the technology for degrading smells in refrigerator by titanium dioxide photocatalysis. Through orthogonal test to study the technical scheme of refrigerator smell degradation. After considering the composite factors such as, effect and cost, the reasonable low-cost scheme is utilizing LED ultraviolet light, which wavelength is 365 mm, the Ag doping amount is 1.0%, and the catalyst loading is 30%. Under this scheme, the removal rate of trimethylamine is 99.25%, and the removal rate of ethanethiol is 98.71%.
