新型空调内机导风方式及其传动机构介绍

摘要 基于目前空调器导风板常存在凝露、噪音等问题,本文提出了一种双层新型导风板及其传动机构,以现有单导风板为基础,在导风板内侧设一截面为"机翼形"的内导板,通过连杆及转轴,实现导风板与内导板之间相对位置的变化。导风板转动通过特殊的"双转轴部件"实现与导风板同步转动;在导风板不转动时,内导板可通过步进电机的带动,双转轴中所设的"内转轴"传动,实现单独运动。这样,可实现通过所设内导板,对出风口气流进行改善。 Based on the existing air conditioner wind deflector often condensation, noise problem, this paper puts forward a new type double wind deflector and its transmission mechanism, based on the existing single wind deflector, in wind deflector inside have a section for 'wing shape' inside the guide, through the connecting rod and a shaft, in the wind deflector and the change of the relative position between the guide plate. Wind deflector rotation through the special 'double shaft parts' with wind deflector synchronous rotation. Within the wind deflector not turns, guide by stepper motor drive, double shaft set 'rotation' in the transmission, realize single movement. Such, can be realized through the guide within the set, the outlet flow improvement.
