摘要
通过理论分析冰箱毛细管出口处冷媒流动机理,指出此处冷媒噪音是由湍流噪声和空泡破碎噪声共同控制的,并且冷媒量的增减导致的压力变化使两者作用的主次发生变化。实验研究了冷媒量的变化对毛细管冷媒噪音的影响,证实了理论分析的结论。
Through theoretical analysis of the mechanism of refrigerant flow at the outlet of the refrigerator capillary tube,we find that the refrigerant noise is controlled by both of the turbulence noise and the cavitation noise. The importance of both functions will change as a result of the increase or decrease in the amount of refrigerant. At the same time, we study the influence of refrigerant change on the refrigerant noise, and the experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis. According to the experimental results, we put forward the optimal refrigerant test method of refrigerant noise.
