摘要
目前冷媒流动声普遍存在空调机中,有悖于人们对空调高品质的要求。本文分析了冷媒流动噪声产生的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。实验结果表明,通过优化蒸发器的分流是预防冷媒音产生的一种有效方法,同时可明显改善机器的整体性能。
The noise caused by efrigerant circuitry is a common phenomenon in indoor air conditioning which fails to satisfy the increasing growth of high quality requirement. In this paper, the causes of noise were analyzed and the optimal designs were proposed. The experimental results show that circuit arrangement optimization is an effective method to reduce the noise level, and can also improve the overall performance of machine obviously.
