摘要
本文研究对象为一体式空调的风道,该产品安装方便,外形美观,但由于其结构紧凑,内部风道阻力大,气流均匀性差。本文通过CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics,计算流体动力学)仿真分析得到原产品的流场分布,给出改进意见来降低风道阻力,改善气流均匀性,以减少换热对风压、风量的依赖,以期保证换热效果的同时改善流场分布。其中翅片换热器部分先取翅片单元进行阻力特性研究,然后整体作为多孔介质处理。最后,根据改进意见对产品进行实验,验证了部分结构改进的有效性,证明了通过CFD仿真分析确实能够指导产品设计。
The research object of this paper is the air duct of an integrated air conditioner, the air conditioner is easy to install and has beautiful appearance, but because of its compact structure, the air duct resistance is large and the airflow uniformity is poor. Through CFD simulation analysis of the flow field distribution of the original product, given the improvements to reduce air duct resistance, improve the uniformity of airflow, reduce the dependence of heat transfer on air pressure and quantity, in order to ensure the effect of heat transfer and improve the distribution of flow field. Firstly, the resistance characteristics of the fin unit are studied, and then the integral fin heat exchanger is treated as porous media. Finally, the experiment of the product is carried out according to the improved opinion, and the effectiveness of the improved structure is verified, it is proved that the CFD simulation analysis can guide the design of the product.
