摘要
本文基于声电等效理论、集中参数法对冰箱用复合H型滤波消音器的理论模型进行分析,重点研究了复合H型共振式消音器的结构形式的优化方向,并引入了形状因子Q作为参考。研究结果表明:容腔直径对于消音效果的影响整体呈现正相关方向;在平衡压损和消声频率范围基础上,可串联多个消音器,颈管直径应选择小管径改善压缩机耗功;颈管长度整体影响不大。结果显示,当Q值取8.2347时,消音频率范围较初始参数值,提升了50%左右。
In this paper,the numerical modeling about composite H-type resonance muffler used in refrigerator is analysed based on sound-electrical equivalent model and lumped parameter method models. The direction of composite H-type resonance muffler structural optimization is emphases for research. And the shape factor Q is introduced as a reference. The results show that the effect of Cavity diameter on silencing is positive correlation, On the basis of Pressure loss and silencing frequency range balanced, select small neck tube diameter to improve the compressor power consumption with multi silencer series connection. The Cervical canal length had no effect. And when the Q value is 8.2347, the range of silencing frequency prompts about 50% in comparison with the settings.
