摘要
制冷系统的不稳定运行(振荡现象)将对系统的可靠性和控制稳定性产生不利影响,设计了制冷量为25k W的机房空调系统,并在实验室进行80m长配管性能实验,结果表明:系统膨胀阀前过冷度不足、出现气液两相状态或膨胀阀前出现较大局部阻力是导致长配管制冷系统制冷剂状态参数(温度、压力)和性能参数(制冷量、功率)出现周期性振荡的重要原因;通过增加制冷剂充注量提高膨胀阀前压力和阀前过冷度,从而降低长配管制冷系统的振荡幅度直至振荡消失;该结论对于强化长配管制冷系统的工程施工与运维管理、改善制冷系统的稳定性和可靠性具有重要意义。
The unstable operation of the refrigeration system(oscillation phenomenon) will have adverse effects on the reliability and control stability, the 25 k W air condition of data room has been designed, The performance was carried out in the laboratory about long pipe condition of 80 m,The results shows: The sub-cooling degree of system insufficient before the expansion valve, gas-liquid two-phase state or large local resistance before the expansion valve is the result of the long pipe refrigeration system of refrigerant state parameters(temperature, pressure) and performance parameters(refrigeration and power) appears important reason for periodic oscillation; It can increas the pressure of the expansion valve and the sub-cooling degree of the expansion valve by increasing the refrigerant charge, it can reduce the oscillation amplitude of long pipe refrigeration system until the oscillation disappeared; The conclusion improved the stability and reliability of long pipe refrigeration system. has important significance for strengthening the construction and management of operation and maintenance.
