摘要
三相定频压缩机在系统试验中经常出现管路应力应变超标现象,本文针该电机进行起动过程仿真分析,找到问题根源,并提出一种切换电路来缓解管路应力应变超标问题,经过试验该方法有效,管路振幅降低达50%。
In the stress & strain test of three phase compress, the position of suck tube and exhaust tube have serious problem. This paper made a simulation about the start process of the motor, found the root cause of the problem. A new circuit was made to ease the stress & strain problem, the result show, the circuit could reduce the vibrate of compress tube more than 50%.
