摘要
明确并证明了旋转式压缩机配置平衡重的目的,就是要将旋转惯性力引起的曲轴-法兰作用力消减为零。计算了当旋转惯性力或力矩没有被完全平衡时,对固定系的影响。并指出,轴系受到的气体阻力矩,主要是通过滑片-气缸滑片槽的接触力,反作用到固定系并对固定系的振动产生影响。
Proved the function of balance weight in rotary compressor is that to decrease the force between crankshaft and flange. Calculated the influence to fixed system when the rotary inertia is not be balanced completely. Point out that the gas resistant torque on the axis system is transferred to fixed system mainly by the force between vane and cylinder vane slot, and then caused the vibration of fixed system.
