摘要
本文主要从性能及经济性两方面对真空绝热板厚度对冰箱冷藏室和冷冻室箱温及漏热量的影响进行了分析。对侧壁分别添加0、10、15、20mm厚真空绝热板的冰箱进行了数值模拟,发现真空绝热板的厚度越大:冷藏室和冷冻室的平均温度越低,且降低趋势变平缓;箱体侧外壁的平均热流密度越小,其他外壁的平均热流密度几乎没有变化;间室总热负荷逐渐减小,且减小趋势变平缓,侧壁热负荷占总负荷的比例减小。对真空绝热板厚度进行了经济性分析,结果表明真空绝热板厚度为15mm时经济性最佳。通过对真空绝热板厚度的经济性分析,为冰箱真空绝热板最佳厚度的确定提供了参考。
In this paper,the influence of the thickness of vacuum insulation panels on the temperature and heat leakage of refrigerators is analyzed from two aspects of performance and economy.the numerical simulation of the refrigerator with 0,10,15 and 20 mm thick vacuum insulation panels on the side wall was carried out in this paper.The results showed that the average temperature in the refrigerating and freezer compartments became lower with the increase in the thickness of vacuum insulation panels and the temperature decreased gradually slowly.The average heat flux density in the cabinet sidewalls and the total heat load decreased with the increase in the thickness of vacuum insulation panels.Finally,the ratio of heat load at the side wall accounts for the total load is reduced.The economic analysis of the various schemes for adding vacuum insulation panels revealed that when a thickness of 15 mm covers the sides of the refrigerator,the economic efficiency is the best.The economic analysis of the thickness of the vacuum insulation panel provides a reference for the determinate the best thickness of the vacuum insulation panel of the refrigerator.
