摘要 为了研究微通道换热器在冰箱中的应用,搭建了微通道换热器作为蒸发器的制冷系统装置,采用红外线热成像仪对结霜工况下蒸发器表面温度分布进行了观测,并对系统性能进行了测试。结果表明,平行流微通道蒸发器的流程设置对结霜状况影响较大,结霜会导致换热器内部制冷剂分布的不均匀性问题,实验进行180分钟后蒸发器换热量下降2.34%,系统COP下降4.76%。 In order to study the application of the microchannel heat exchanger in the refrigerator,the micro channel heat exchanger is used as the evaporator’s refrigeration system.The infrared thermal imager is used to observe the surface temperature distribution of the evaporator under the frosting condition,and the performance of the system is tested.The results show that the flow setting of the parallel flow microchannel evaporator has a great influence on the frosting condition,and the frosting will lead to the inhomogeneous distribution of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger.After 180 minutes,the heat transfer of the evaporator decreases by 2.34%,and the system COP decreases by 4.76%.
