摘要 针对冰箱新标准发布前开发的某款风冷冰箱在新标准执行后能效等级偏低的问题,对一款冰箱更换变频压缩机,同时兼顾16℃和32℃两个工况高效运行,并对风道、除霜控制策略、冰箱开停控制等进行了改进,通过以上措施该款冰箱室内温差减少2℃以上、化霜能耗降低5%左右、化霜间隔增加20%以上,耗电量明显降低,使该款冰箱达到新一级能效水平。 In view of the problem that the energy efficiency grade of an air-cooled refrigerator developed before the new standard of refrigerators is implemented,the efficiency level of the new standard is low after the new standard is implemented.By changing the frequency conversion compressor of the refrigerator at 16 and 32 centigrade,the efficiency of the refrigerator is improved,the air duct is improved to reduce the indoor temperature difference,the defrosting control strategy is changed to reduce the energy consumption of the frosting and the hydrophilic treatment of the evaporator.In this section,the temperature difference of the refrigerator is reduced by 2 degrees centigrade,the energy consumption of the frost is reduced by about 5%,the interval of the frost is increased by more than 20%,and the consumption of the refrigerator can be reduced to a new level of new energy efficiency through the above measures.
