In January of 2010 we will launch Bioengineered Bugs,the first international peerreviewed journal of its kind to focus on genetic engineering which involves the generation of recombinant strains(from higher plants and animals to bacteria,fungi and viruses)and their metabolic products for beneficial applications in food,medicine,industry,environment and bio-defense.
