益肾健骨方结合三色敷药治疗膝半月板损伤临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of knee meniscus injury with Yishen Jiangu recipe combined with Sanse ointment

目的探讨益肾健骨方结合三色敷药治疗膝半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法选取自2015年1月至2018年1月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院黄浦分院收治的92例膝关节半月板损伤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与常规组,每组各46例。常规组患者给予三色敷药外用,观察组在常规组治疗基础上进行益肾健骨方内服辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的膝关节关节活动度(ROM)、患肢肌力、Lysholm膝关节评分情况。结果治疗后,两组膝关节ROM、患肢肌力、Lysholm膝关节评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于常规组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾健骨方结合三色敷药治疗膝半月板损伤疗效确切,可显著提高三色敷药的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jiangu recipe combined with Sanse ointment in the treatment of knee meniscus injury.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 92 cases of patients with knee meniscus injury who were admitted from January 2015 to January 2018.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the conventional group,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were performed Sanse ointment for external use,and patients in the observation group were performed adjuvant therapy of Yishen Jiangu recipe combined with Sanse ointment for internal administration on the basis of the conventional group.Before and after treatment,range of motion(ROM),muscle strength of the affected limb and Lysholm knee score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,ROM of the knee joint,muscle strength of the affected limb and Lysholm score of the knee joint in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement degree in the observation group was better than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yishen Jiangu recipe combined with Sanse ointment in the treatment of knee meniscus injury is positive,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of Sanse ointment.
