摘要
本文在文献回顾的基础上,建立研究生全面收费政策对学生学业成就影响机制的理论假设,应用结构方程模型对理论假设进行了实证分析,结果表明:第一,研究生全面收费政策对学生学业成就具有正向影响效应;第二,研究生全面收费政策对学生学习动机具有正向影响效应;第三,学习策略在研究生全面收费政策与学生学业成就关系上起中介作用。研究验证了研究生全面收费政策对学生学业成就的直接与间接影响,对完善研究生全面收费政策具有参考价值,对提高研究生学业成就具有实际意义。
On the basis of relative literature review, the paper established hypothesis theory model of the influential mechanism of postgraduate comprehensive charge policy on scholastic achievement, and on top of that, applying the structural equation model for empirical analysis of the hypothesis model. The results show that firstly, postgraduate comprehensive charge policy has positive effect on students' academic achievement; Secondly, the postgraduate comprehensive charge policy has positive effect on learning motivation as well; Thirdly, the learning strategy plays an intermediary role on the relationship between the postgraduate comprehensive charge policy and students' academic achievement. This research has verified that the postgraduate comprehensive charge policy has direct and indirect effects on students' academic achievement, which has reference value for improving the postgraduate comprehensive charge policy and has practical meaning to enhance the postgraduate academic achievement.
