关于高等教育质量研究的研究——基于文献计量和文本解读的分析

A Study on the ‘Study of Higher Education Quality’

高等教育质量观的演变、高等教育质量的内涵、评估和保障是高等教育质量研究中的四大"传统领域",这一研究经历了一个从规范性原则向实践性操作转变的过程,经历了一个由外延式向内涵式转变的前沿更替,出现了以"质量文化、内涵发展和质量标准"为引领的研究前沿。尽管这一研究文献丰富且意义非凡,但仍然至少存在两个方面的不足:第一,对高等教育质量评估中的主观感受关注不足,且缺乏有效的现实调查;第二,定性分析丰富有余,定量研究相对欠缺。就实证研究而言,从劳动供给、自主创新和产业结构等角度来分析高等教育质量提升的经济社会效应,明显更需要深化研究。

The connotation, thoughts evolution, evaluation and assurance are four‘traditional areas' in the study of higher education quality. This research experienced a transformation from normative principle to practical operation, and an advanced change from extension to intension, with such leading research frontier as quality culture, connotation development and quality standard. Although there are many literature with great value, at least two deficiencies still exist:firstly, the quality evaluation researches pay less attention to the subjective feeling and lack of effectiveinvestigations of realities. Secondly, qualitative analysis overwhelms quantitative analysis. In terms of the empirical study, it is of more value and demands to further analyze the economic and social effects under the promotion of higher education quality from the perspective of economic variables as labor supply, autonomous innovation and industrial structure.
