Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in 40 normal subiects

单克隆抗体测定外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布的动态变化,对于研究与细胞免疫有关的血液疾病、胶原病、肿瘤等病因及发病机理,监测器官移植中免疫反应的发生发展过程,指导诊断和治疗等方面具有重要的意义。国内尚未普遍应用单克隆抗体测定淋巴细胞亚群,因此有关资料甚少。

Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in 40 normal subjects (23 males and 17 females) were studied using monoclonal antibodies. The mean values of B-cell, T-cell, Th-cell and Ts-cell numbers were 16.1±3.8％, 69.8±4.7％, 47.7±4.5％ and 24.1±4.7％, respectively. The Th/Ts ratio was 2.1±0.5. There were no significantly difference between males and females in the values of lymphocyte subsets determined in our study.
