回盲部病变的探讨(290例临床与病理分析)

Probe into lesion of ileocecum in 290 cases, clinical and pathological analysis

回盲部(盲肠、回盲瓣、回肠末端)疾病并非少见,而诊断和鉴别诊断有一定的困难。本文收集了1974年我院开展纤维结肠镜以来,发现的184例回盲部病变,和1958—1984年经手术或尸检病理证实的回盲部病变106例,总共290例,从临床和病理方面探讨,希望能对常见的一些疾病的鉴别有些补益。

This paper reported the findings of endoscopic examination and the pathogical confirmation by operation or necropsy in 290 patients with 14 diseases. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ileocecum's lesion are difficult. In this group, Crohn's disease was most often mistaken for various other disorders; Bowel inflammatory disease was generally accompanied by severe complications. No one patient with early ileocecal cancer was diagnosed in the earlier stage of the disease,
