Ureteroscopy and ureteropyeloscopy

1912年 Young 首先使用输尿管镜,直到1978年才开始发展成为用硬内窥镜进行予期的操作。虽然70年代有人用软的纤维光输尿管镜,但它的应用和效能远远落后于硬镜。近几年来,Wolf 和 Karl storz 肾输尿管镜及其附件不断改进和完善,国外已逐渐广泛将其运用于肾盂、输尿管疾病的诊断和治疗。我国近一年来也开始开展这一工作。现将我们的工作作一初步报告。

Indications and procedural techniques of ureteroscopy and ureteropyeloscopy were described in detail and our initial experience in 29 cases(success in 23 cases and failure in 6 cases).It was considered that these procedures are not in technique and that it is not possible to do this proce- dure well in every case.Although they usually cause some discomfort,they have some advantages as compare with open surgery such as less trouble to the patient,shorter stay in the hospital,re- latively easy reoperation in recurrent cases.Thus these procedures are of very important value in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral and renal diseases.
