本文对《食品毒理》一书中转氨酶微量测定方法提出了商榷。通过实验,提供了较为准确的微量测定改进方法(改良微量法),以提高测定的准确率.

There are some problems con
cerning its method that we had
been discoveredin that book,
therefore,we developed a more
correct method to measure SGPT
value(the revised method of micr
measurement of SGPT) on the
basis of both animal and clinica
experiments.The steadily stabl
results of our measurement are
consistent with those routine
measurement with accuracy.
