PBL联合MDT的教学模式在肿瘤专科医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合MDT的教学模式在肿瘤专科医师规范化培训的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—12月采用传统教学模式进行培训的40例肿瘤专科医师为对照组。选取2017年1—12月采用PBL联合MDT的教学模式培训的40例肿瘤专科医师为观察组。比较两组的培训考核成绩、临床评判性思维以及培训满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学有学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床评判性思维总分高于对照组,差异有统计学有学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的培训满意度为95.0%(38/40)高于对照组的77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学有学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合MDT的教学模式能够提高肿瘤专业医师规范化培训的培训效果,培养批判性思维,提高培训满意度。
