摘要 【目的】探索能够兼顾传统出版和新型出版的多模式集中办刊的业务工作流程。【方法】运用网站调研和文献研究方法对传统期刊的发展需求和新型出版模式进行研究,分析目前已有学术期刊数字出版平台的特征和流程,运用互联网思维和学术信息生命周期理论,对业务流程进行重构。【结果】构建的闭环式网状结构出版流程能够实现各业务环节柔性组合,既能包容传统期刊出版模式,又能满足新型出版需要。【结论】新的出版流程能为统一和集成数字化办刊平台提供理论基础,为统一出版平台下的多模式集中办刊提供思路。 [Purposes]This paper aims to explore a multi-mode centralized journal operation process which can combine traditional publishing with new publishing mode.[Methods]The website research and literature research methods were used to study the development needs of traditional journals and new publishing modes.The characteristics and problems of the existing digital publishing platform for academic journals were analyzed,and the internet thinking and academic information life cycle theory were used to reconstruct the business process.[Findings]The publishing process of closed-loop network structure can realize the flexible combination of various business links,which can not only accommodate the traditional journal publishing mode,but also meet the new publishing needs.[Conclusions]The new publishing process provides a theoretical basis for the unified and integrated digital publishing platform,and provides ideas for multi-mode centralized journal operation under the unified publishing platform.
