摘要 2014年4月,教育部印发的《关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》(以下简称《意见》)指出:'深化课程改革、落实立德树人根本任务具有重大意义。课程是教育思想、教育目标和教育内容的主要载体……全面深化课程改革,对于全面提高育人水平,让每个学生都能成为有用之才具有重要意义。'
