摘要
目前,BIM在全世界建筑业掀起了一股工程信息化浪潮,但其价值却没有完全发挥出来,尤其是协同优势因缺乏可有效操作的数据交换标准而无法充分实现。本文结合实际项目案例,阐述了一种BIM数据交换的新范式,即基于领域工程、工作任务封装原理和工作分解结构方法的P-BIM数据交换方式,实现了BIM模型数据的模块化交换及信息的针对性交互,在保证协同性的同时,实现了不同专业间数据的按需交换,是发挥BIM技术核心价值的一种新路径。
BIM has initiated an engineering informatization in the construction industry around the world.But its value has not been fully recognized.Its collaboration strength can not be fulfilled due to the lack of effective data exchange standard.By demonstrating with a real world project,this paper introduced a new paradigm of BIM data exchange i.e.P-BIM data exchange approach which is based on specific engineering,task encapsulation principle and work breakdown structure method.The modular exchange of BIM data and the targeted exchange of information were achieved.It guaranteed the collaboration and the required data exchange between professionals.Moreover,it is a new way to realize the core value of BIM technology.
