大学生微信使用与抑郁的关系研究:微信妒忌的中介作用

摘要 针对西安部分高校大学生的调研数据,运用结构方程分析和回归分析实证研究了大学生微信使用、微信妒忌、微信卷入度及抑郁之间的关系。结果显示,大学生微信使用正向影响微信妒忌和抑郁,微信妒忌与抑郁之间呈显著正向关系,进一步验证了微信卷入度正向调节微信使用和抑郁的关系。高校做好大学生心理健康教育工作必须倡导教师多给大学生一些鼓励与肯定,帮助其树立正确的人生观;积极搭建平台,畅通育人渠道,为大学生提供丰富的文化活动。 Based on the survey data of students in colleges of Xi’an, by empirically researching the relationship between Wechat use, Wechat jealousy, Wechat involvement and depression through the application of structural equa-tion and regression analysis, the results showed that Wechat use positively affected the jealousy and depression of Wechat among college students. There was a significant positive relationship between Wechat jealousy and depression,which further verified that Wechat involvement positively regulated the relationship between Wechat use and depres-sion. To improve the psychological health education for students, colleges should encourage teachers to give more en-couragement and affirmation to students, help them establish a correct outlook on life, actively build platforms, make channels of education open and provide rich cultural activities for college students.
