人本思想视域下思想政治教育对学生心理建设的止损与止盈分析

A Stop-Loss and Stop-Profit Analysis of Ideological and Political Education for Students' Psychological Construction in the Perspective of Humanistic Ideology

当前学生心理问题日益突出,人本思想视域下思想政治教育与心理建设的角色定位出现了趋同现象。同时,由于具有提升情感力、培育意志力、培养修复力的多重作用,思想政治教育在学生负面心理中具有较强止损作用;又因为可以加强理性培养、诉求约束和发展规划,其在学生心理期望中具有一定止盈作用。从人性化角度出发,不断强化思想政治教育的止损与止盈作用的具体策略是:树立价值导向,推进学科综合化;立足实践平台,突出教育契合点;引进人文资源,构建教育生态圈。

At present, the psychological problems of students are becoming more and more prominent, and the role orientation of ideological and political education and mental health under the humanistic ideology has converged.At the same time, because of its multiple functions of enhancing emotional power, cultivating willpower and cultivating repairing power, ideological and political education has a stronger stop-loss effect in students’ negative psychology,and because of strengthening rational training, appeal restraint and development planning, it has a stop-profit effect in students’ psychological expectations. From the perspective of humanization, the concrete strategies to strengthen the stop-loss and stop-profit role of ideological and political education include establishing value orientation to promote the integration of disciplines, standing on the platform of practice to highlight the educational convergence, and introducing humanistic resources to build an educational ecosphere.
