摘要
改革开放40年来,我国大学通识教育理念得到广泛认同,形成了具有中国特色的通识教育模式,通识教育课程建设成效显著。但实际教学中仍存在着各层次大学通识教育模式趋同,借鉴美国大学通识教育模式时囫囵吞枣,通识课程师资培训工作亟待加强,通识课程评价体系尚待完善等问题。解决这些问题的对策是,我国大学应采取逐步推广、分类实施不同类型的通识教育模式,以学生发展为出发点完善通识课程评价体系,建立通识教育师资培训体系。
Since the 40-year reform and opening up, the concept of general education in Chinese universities has been widely recognized and a model of general education with Chinese characteristics has been formed. The construction of general education courses has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems in the practical teaching, such as the convergence of general education models at all levels, the swallowing of what American universities do when referring to their general education models, the urgent need to strengthen the training of teachers of general education courses and the imperfection of the evaluation system of general education courses. To solve these problems, Chinese universities should gradually promote, classify and implement different types of general education models, improve the evaluation system of general education courses and establish a training system for teachers of general education from the perspective of students’ development.
