摘要
对鹤壁市民办幼儿园教师的职业压力情况进行调查表明,民办幼儿园教师总体职业压力属于中等偏高水平,压力主要来自角色期待、工作负荷、组织管理等方面。民办幼儿园教师应理性面对压力,有效管理时间,充分利用社会支持系统,拓宽化解压力渠道,并尝试各种宣泄方式,缓解消除压力。
The survey of the occupational stress of teachers in private kindergarten in Hebi shows that the overall occupational stress of teachers in private kindergarten is moderately high, and the pressure mainly comes from role expectation, workload, organization and management. Teachers in private kindergartens should face the stress rationally,manage time effectively, make full use of the social support system, broaden the channels of stress and try various ways of catharsis to ease the elimination of stress.
