摘要
旧有教师权威抑制了学生的主动思考,也养成了学生学习依赖,压制了其主动学习行为,影响个体学习意义的主动建构,最终影响了学生的主动性培养。教师权威角色是必要的,但从学生主动性培养出发,教师权威角色必须有所转变。教师应建构从威服走向心服的权威理念,形成从教师权威到集体权威的权威认知,形成从教师形象到时代形象的权威思想,同时要践行从引导到参与的权威行为建构。
The old teacher authority inhibited students’active thinking,developing their dependence in learning,and suppressed students’active learning behavior,affecting their individual active construction of learning meaning,as a result of which students’initiative training was affected.Teacher authority is necessary,but it must be changed to some extent from the perspective of students’initiative training.So it is necessary to establish the concept of authority from being strict to being convincing,the cognition of authority from teacher authority to collective authority,and the idea of authority from teacher image to age image.And finally we must also carry out the construction of authority behavior from guidance to participation.
