摘要
文章基于行动导向法在组织行为学课程中的教学实践,提出了包含理论认知、课堂同化、任务内化为一体的"三层递进"教学模式,提供了管理理论课程应用行动导向法的规范性操作指南,回答了"怎样才能教好学好管理理论课程"这个根本性问题,具有一定的实践价值。
The article which is based on the practice of action-oriented teaching approach in organization behavior courses raised the three layers of progressive teaching mode, including theoretical cognizance,course assimilation,and task internalization. The article is a normative operational guidance about how to use the actionoriented teaching approach and gives us an answer to the question that how can we teach or study management theory courses well. So it has high practice value.
