高师院校增强教师教育基础理论课实效性的反思与实践 被引量:2

摘要 教师教育基础理论课对于提升师范生教育理论素养和专业实践能力具有关键作用,但当前的教师教育基础理论课存在对教育本根性问题缺乏深刻省思;对学生教育思维培养不足,难以激发师范生形成批判性教育反思的自觉;课程教学内容和形式陈旧老套;课程结构缺乏统筹安排,教师教育类课程比重仍然太轻等问题。增强教师教育基础理论课实效性,就要优化课程体系;调整充实课程内容;改革教学方式方法;进一步加强教学资源建设;完善网络建设平台。具体而言,以《教育哲学》课程为例,在课程设计与实施时,要以提升师范生教育哲学素养为宗旨,以唤醒学生的教育理念与教育哲学自觉为目的,以"经典引领、原理贯通和案例研讨三结合"为基本路径,实施"写作式教学法",进而提升教师教育基础理论课的实效性。 The basic teacher education theory course plays a key role in the improvement of normal students' abilities in both educational theories and professional practice, but the present basic teacher education theory course lacks the profound reflection about the fundamental educational problem; it also lacks the cultivation of students' educational thinking ability, which makes it difficult to inspire the normal students' ability of critical educational reflection; its teaching content and form are old- fashioned; its curriculum structure is lack of overall arrangement, and the proportion of teacher education courses is still too light. The way to enhance the effectiveness of basic teacher education theory course is to optimize the curriculum system, adjust and enrich the course content,reform the teaching methods, further strengthen the construction of teaching resources and improve the construction of network platform. Take the Educational Philosophy Course as an example, when designing and implementing the curriculum, the teaching objective is to improve the students' educational philosophical literacy, to rouse the students' educational notion and awareness. The teaching method is the combination of classics, theories and case study by implementing 'writing teaching method', thus enhancing the effectiveness of the basic teacher education theory course.
