It is an important political task to construct socialist harmonious society at present and in the near future,based on practical situation,explaination has been made on position and function of police organ in construction of harmonious socialist society,at the same time,problems and current situation have been studied in police work in aim of raising an effective measure to the construction in Gansu province.
